A leading businessman has criticised Environment and Infrastructure's (E&I) new electricity strategy for Guernsey. Jon Moulton said the strategy should come after a long-term deal on power supply has been signed with French energy suppliers. The current deal for electricity supply with French energy supplier EDF is set to run out in 2027.
